Breakfast means ‘’breaking the fast’’. It increases the power of the brain. When we wake up from a deep night’s sleep, the body needs glucose. Memory is affected if morning food is not a part of our timetable. You start forgetting things. These we get from food.

Cholesterol levels are high because of not having breakfast. Having a timely & balanced early meal increases gamma interferon in the body. It is a natural antiviral that directly activates immune cells. Skipping breakfast reduces gamma interferon by 17%.

The use of eggs for breakfast is traditional. Eggs are essential for the skin. The carotenoids, antioxidants, and lutein help maintain skin problems and protect skin cells from free radical damage. Just one egg a day can increase lutein levels. The porridge for an early meal is also rich in nutritional value.

Lunch Time:

Lunch stimulates the metabolism. It is essential for school children who make up one-third (1/3) to one-half (1/2) of a child’s nutrition. It helps children to move forward successfully. Balanced use of these things becomes a source of energy.

Dinner Time:

It is necessary for providing energy and nutrients for the body’s needs. At this time eating food should get 400-500 calories & the proper time is 8:00 pm. Avoid drinking coffee or tea at night.

Chapatti Nuggets Pocket:

  • Put chapatti, boneless chicken, green coriander, green chilies in the grinder. After the grinding process, put it in the fridge for 15 min to set. Fry it in a pan.
  • Grind a chapatti in a cup of milk. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add this mixture & make it like Roti.


  • Put an iceberg leaf in this chapatti with nuggets and boiled potatoes. Pour a little bit of mayonnaise & make it a triangle-shaped pocket.

Healthy Lobia:

Soak red beans in vinegar (1 tbsp) and grind. Add two more glasses of water with the mixture. Separate the solid portion by staining it.

Lobia Kebab:


Solid Portion:

Add cornflour, spices, breadcrumbs. It gives kebabs shapes and refrigerates for 10 min. Fry it & enjoy it.

Lobia Sharbat: 

Heat the liquid portion of the beans until they come to a boil. Put two glasses of water in a pan. Cook till it thick mixtures to the hot bean juice and mix evenly. When the two become one, finally add black pepper. 

Fruit Salad:

Grind strawberries with a glass of water. Strawberries, apples, bananas, guavas, corn, grated almonds, cabbages, cucumber, finely chop and put in a bowl. Add the jaggery, black pepper, black salt, and crushed cumin. Mix the dressing in the fruit lick.

Biryani Kebab Roll:

Here’s what you need to do to make a biryani roll kebab:

  • Prepare biryani without meat
  • Spices
  • Corn flour
  • Egg

Put all the ingredients in the biryani and shape it like a kebab skewer. The kebab is the dip in egg and fry. 

Chai Tea:

Ingredients needed:

  • Curry leaves (10)
  • Coriander seeds (1tbsp)
  • Cumin seeds (1tbsp)
  • Water (6 cups)

Heat water in a pot and put all the ingredients in it. Turn off the heat and cover. Remove the steam from the stove after 15 min. Put half lemon in it & drink it. It improves digestion and is the best drink to be slim.

Healing Tea:

Ingredient needed:

  • Raw turmeric
  • Honey
  • Water (2 cups)

When the water boils, add raw turmeric & cover, and turn off the stove. Let it steam for 15 min. Add ½ teaspoon honey in a cup, mix and drink.

Energy Booster:

Ingredients needed:

  • Cut one apple into thin slices and core removed
  • Jaggery
  • One cinnamon stick
  • Water one jug

Add hot water into the pan with apple slices, jaggery, cinnamon. Drink this water all and good for health.

Breakfast Sauce:

  • Porridge (2 tbsp)
  • Honey (1 tbsp)
  • Condense milk (1tbsp)

Grind all these ingredients and apply them to toast. Enjoy a healthy early morning meal.

Lunch Sauce:

  • Cabbage (1/2 half cup)
  • Boiled pea (2 tbsp)
  • Carrot (chopped 2 tbsp)
  • Black pepper (1 pinch)
  • Salt (according to taste)
  • Yogurt (2 cups)
  • Fresh cream (1 tbsp)

Grind all these ingredients. Put this paste in a bowl. Eat lunch with a spoon or apply on a chapatti and enjoy it.

Dinner Sauce:

  • Boiled chicken (2 tbsp)
  • Chapatti in pieces (2 tbsp)
  • Vinegar (1 teaspoon)
  • Yogurt (3 cups)
  • Salt (according to taste)
  • Red pepper (according to taste)

Grind boiled chicken and chapati pieces in a grinder. When it becomes a good paste, add yogurt salt and grind again. This is a healthy sauce.
